1. Who We Are

Vaxelo AI is a Chrome extension that analyzes prediction markets on Kalshi and provides AI-powered trading signals. Operated by the Vaxelo AI team. Contact: hello@vaxelo.xyz

2. What Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Your location or IP address
• Your Kalshi login credentials or account password
• Your bank account or credit card information
• Any browsing history outside of Kalshi market pages

3. What Data Vaxelo Does Read

When you visit a Kalshi market page, Vaxelo reads the following publicly visible data from that page to generate your signal:

• Market prices and odds displayed on the page
• Orderbook activity, including bet amounts and sides (YES or NO)
• Public comments posted on the market page
• Market title, category, and time remaining

This data is processed on your device and sent to Groq AI using your own API key to generate a signal. It is not sent to or stored on Vaxelo servers.

4. What Is Stored Locally on Your Device

The following is stored only on your device using Chrome local storage:

• Your Groq API key, entered by you and never transmitted to Vaxelo
• Your prediction history and signal results
• Your extension settings and preferences
• Your subscription license key, verified directly with Lemon Squeezy

5. Third-Party Services

• Groq AI processes market data with your API key to generate signals.
• Lemon Squeezy handles subscription payments securely.
• Kalshi provides the publicly visible market data read by the extension.

6. Payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment information.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Vaxelo AI does not use cookies, does not use Google Analytics, and does not track your behavior across websites.

8. Data Security

Because we do not collect your personal data on our servers, there is no central database containing your personal information. Data remains on your local device under Chrome's security model.

9. Children's Privacy

Vaxelo AI is intended for users 18 years and older only. Prediction market trading requires legal age in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
